Framingham 6-30-17 A Business zoned Victorian styled building was marketed as a business property and as a residential single family. Marlene was able to test both markets simultaneously. The 3,000 s.f. building sold for $407,500 to a residential buyer.

Framingham 6-24-17 134 Franklin Street, a 1,176 s.f. single story, substantially renovated and handicapped accessible office building has been sold for $248,000. Marlene represented the Seller.

Framingham 6-14-17 A 10,312 s.f. cement block industrial building on approx. 20,000 s.f. lot was sold to an investor. Marlene arranged a sale based on keeping the existing tenant, an national electrical distribution company. Eric Brosler, of MWCRE, represented the Buyer. The selling price was $925,000. Marlene had sold this building to the Seller over 20 years ago.

Westboro 6-9-17 65 E. Main Street, a two tenant building with a closed Honey Dew Donuts drive-thru 1,500 s.f. store will be the 9th store for Gourmet Donuts. A Sept. 1, 2017 opening is planned. Marlene represented the Lessor and stated " This deal was a bit complicated, but came together due to two very nice people who were fair."

Framingham 6-2-17, 271 Worcester Rd., well known for Sichuan Gourmet and Formosa Market will have a new cotenant - a multi- location residential firm. LAER Realty Estate, will be announcing their first Metrowest real estate office soon. Marlene represents the Lessor and has an additional 2,000 s.f. available.

Framingham 5-5-17 - 95 Lincoln St., a 2,880 s.f. medical building with a full finished lower level has been sold for $541,500. This property is surrounded by Metrowest Medical Center on 3 sides. The new owner, A & P Realty Trust,will keep the building for investment. Marlene was able to negotiate a lease/back sale that kept the existing tenant, Metrowest Chiropractic Associates, to occupy the lower level that will be renovated and made handicapped accessible. Natick 4-25-17 - 185 Worcester Street, Rt. 9, a freestanding building will be the new site of " Wicked Chronic ", a business that had to relocate due the Old Connecticut Path Village fire earlier this year.

Framingham, MA 8-22-15 - 26 Daniels Rd., has been sold to the Advocates, a nonprofit agency, for $460,000. Marlene Aron represented the Buyer.

Holliston 8-6-15 - Marlene Aron has sold 1750 Washington St., a 14,400 s.f. office building with a detached 2 story 3 bay garage. Marlene represented the Seller, 356 Washington LLC, who she had sold the building to 8 years ago. The new owner/occupant will be the Town of Holliston for its Parks and Recreation Department. The selling price was $1,425,000.

Milford 7-9-15 - 51 Sumner Street, a 4.31 acre commercial lot has been sold for $350,000. Marlene represented the Sellers.

Framingham 5-30-15 - Rt. 9 Venture West Plaza is 100% leased with the addition of Weight Watchers. A move is planned during the summer.

Framingham 5-15-15 - Rt. 9 Venture West Plaza will be the new site for Stardust Jewelers, a well-known Metrowest Jeweler. Marlene Aron has leased 2,700 s.f. Marlene was the sole broker, representing the Lessor.

Built in 1972 as an auto parts distribution center, the building was purchased by a national franchisee for auto part distribution. The selling price was $650,000.
