Experience – Marlene Aron, brings 33 years of experience to Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, a company founded to service clients with honest representation by a team of seasoned specialists in the commercial and industrial brokerage arena in the area known as Metrowest. Our service area is about 20 miles west of Boston, MA and we are well versed in national requirements such as 1031 Exchanges. MWCRE is one of the first MA brokerage firms to conduct an on-line auction. We were able to work with the Lender and save the client from foreclosure with a 38 day closing. Today, we are a staff of 6 licensed brokers with over 75 years of cumulative experience in the field. Each member of the MWCRE team is held to the highest standards of honesty, integrity and excellence.
Name Recognition – The business and brokerage communities throughout New England recognize MWCRE as the experts in the Metrowest area, and call us first when they have requirements in our territory. The benefit to our exclusive clients is that our listings are introduced to many more prospects.
Service – Client first, everything else second is how our business is run. The MWCRE team plans and implements all aspects of a comprehensive marketing plan, conducts all showings personally and acts as a third party negotiator on your behalf during negotiations. We stay actively involved from the first day of the listing until closing and in many cases continue to monitor the Lessees or Buyers experience after the transaction closes.
Market Knowledge - The MWCRE team has in-depth knowledge of the Metrowest market. Customers and clients alike benefit from our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) membership, propertyline.com, Loopnet.com and CoStar. With a strong pulse for market conditions, we know where the target audience for your property will come from. We are specialists in determining the highest and best use for your property after an in-depth zoning review and study of the area.
Marketing – At MWCRE, our extensive pro-active approach to reaching prospects by telephone and e-mail will commence as soon as your property is listed. We have more property signs installed than all other commercial Metrowest firms combined. Print media continues to be used on a specific as needed marketing basis. Internet marketing is where 80% of our marketing efforts, not including signage, are concentrated on.

Poem By Sydni Williams - Marlene's 10 yr. old granddaughter
We, the drops of rain
form into a group hug,
that humans call puddles.
They are bullies, they stick their dirty feet
into our faces.
We splash into the air, but stay strong
and always come back together.
We are a very happy & competent group at Metrowest Commercial Real Estate and look forward to working with you !
