Framingham - 7-26-16 Metrowest Ballet Academy will be opening a new studio at Stonegate Industrial Park at 92 Blandin Ave. Marlene Aron was the sole broker. A mid September opening is planned. The Director, Gemma Williams is well known and respected in her field.

Sudbury 12-8-15 - Sudbury Crossing will be the new location of a full service liquor store - Sperry Liquors & El Basha, a Middle Eastern restaurant. Both new tenants operate multiple locations. Marlene Aron represents the Lessor and has 3,585 s.f. available for lease now.

Holliston 12- 4-15 - 18,500 s.f. has been leased to ThyssenKrupp Industrial Services at 330 Hopping Brook Rd. Marlene Aron represented the Lessor and Daniel Hines of Colliers International represented the Lessee.

Framingham 12-2-15 - A 2,633 s.f. office bldg at 349 Union Ave, has been sold for $467,500. Marlene Aron represented the Seller and Tom Slayton of Centre Realty Group represented the Buyer.

Framingham 11-16-15 - 92 Blandin Ave., a 160,000 s.f. - 4 building industrial complex on 5.5 acres has been sold for $3,175,000. Marlene represented the Sellers and was the sole broker for this transaction.
